CEO
Keith has over 25 years of experience in the construction and property industry. Keith has a diverse skill set and an appreciation for both the technical and commercial elements in main contracting.
He has a strong track record in acquisitions, development and disposal of assets in the commercial, residential and healthcare sectors.
Keith is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and Engineers Ireland.

She oversees all Human Resource issues including Contracts, Payroll, Pensions and all associated benefits.
Jacqueline works across the Bluemont group of companies in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Sean has been integral in developing solid and cohesive financial reporting, processes & structures within the organisation.
With over 20 years development experience, Sean brings a wealth of knowledge to Bluemont.

Hugh McCann
Development Manager
Hugh has over 20 years’ experience in planning and development both in the public and private sector managing significant mixed use, residential and commercial schemes.
Hugh’s qualifications include an MSc. In Property Investment and he is an associate Planning & Development Surveyor with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
He has worked on some of Ireland’s most iconic developments and brings a wealth of experience to the Bluemont team.

Ann Marie Connolly
Office Manager
Ann Marie manages the office team and is involved in all facets of the organisation including accounts, office administration and payroll.
She is heavily involved in running the financial administration for our various developments and enjoys a strong rapport with our Clients, Design Teams and colleagues alike.

Property Administrator
Theresa has worked on substantial developments and projects across Ireland and has a wealth of experience and understanding in the delivery of complex projects.
She works closely with all stakeholders from project concept stage through to facilities management and provides administrative support to the property development team.
