Construction of a six-storey mixed use development consisting of retail, commercial office, and residential accommodation. Works included site remediation, construction of in-situ frame across two blocks over 8 storeys, and provision of 67 residential units over ground floor retail and commercial offices. Works included a new substation, hard and soft landscaping, car parking, bicycle racks, and associated works.
