This project comprises the redevelopment of an existing disused 1960’s terraced housing and apartment block, coupled with the Bird in Hand public house which closed in 2003. The redevelopment sees the construction of a new part 5 storey residential development comprising 10 apartments with ground floor community facility comprising 1,100 sq ft.
